This session focused on conducting a situation analysis and needs assessment. This information will be used to develop customized and strategic Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) specifically tailored to the needs of Maa Kaushalya School of Nursing.

As a recent effort, a high impact workshop titled “करियर की उड़ान – कितनी मुश्किल, कितनी आसान” has been conducted by Mr. Tapas Kumar (Co-Founder TechPal) for the B.Sc. and M.Sc. nursing students in the campus of Maa Kaushalya College of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences, Azamgarh. Approximately 60 students and faculties participated in this workshop wherein they were taken through following training topics in details.

In a collaborative effort, TechPal and Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University co-hosted a webinar specifically designed for MBA and B.Tech students. The engaging two-hour session explored the timely topic of ‘Overview and Job Prospects in Power BI and Business Analytics’.
Renowned Expert Leads the Discussion
The webinar was led by Dr. S. Suresh Kumar, a renowned expert in CSE and Data Science. His expertise provided valuable insights for the attending students. Mr. Tapas Kumar, Co-Founder of TechPal, co-facilitated the session, further enriching the learning experience.

The program garnered high participation, with over 60 students actively engaging in the interactive session. This opportunity to gain a solid understanding of Power BI and Business Analytics was not only beneficial for students but also attracted the interest of faculty members. Notably, Professor Ashutosh Bajpai, Dr. Veena Singh, and several other university faculty members were present, demonstrating the value placed on this insightful session.

TechPal is consistently working towards the multi-pronged skill enhancement of Tech and Management graduates and partnering with premiere engineering colleges and universities. As a recent effort to achieve this crucial objective, TechPal had organized a workshop at Rameshwaram Institute of Technology and Management for the final year students of MBA and B-tech. The workshop was facilitated by Tapas Kumar. Following key topics were discussed & deliberated during the session.

As a next session, TechPal is going to conduct another workshop on Power BI and Business Analytics by a seasoned industry expert. This session will be organized jointly for B-Tech and MBA students.
On the occasion, Prof. Praveen Mathur (Dean Student Welfare, RITM) requested Mr. Tapas Kumar to award MBA students with the certificates as a recognition for their social contribution.
