Tapas Kumar, Co-Founder, TechPal conducted a ‘Perspective Building, Self-Assessment & Strategic Goal Setting Workshop’ for B-Tech & MBA students at Rameshwaram Institute of Technology and Management.
TechPal is consistently working towards the multi-pronged skill enhancement of Tech and Management graduates and partnering with premiere engineering colleges and universities. As a recent effort to achieve this crucial objective, TechPal had organized a workshop at Rameshwaram Institute of Technology and Management for the final year students of MBA and B-tech. The workshop was facilitated by Tapas Kumar. Following key topics were discussed & deliberated during the session.

- Strategic Goal setting exercise
- Accelerate IT career, learn from Industry experts
The workshop proved to be highly successful with a strong demand from students for a series of similar events. This enthusiasm highlights, the value of these workshops, not only in building technical and application proficiency but also in developing students’ soft skills.
As a next session, TechPal is going to conduct another workshop on Power BI and Business Analytics by a seasoned industry expert. This session will be organized jointly for B-Tech and MBA students.
On the occasion, Prof. Praveen Mathur (Dean Student Welfare, RITM) requested Mr. Tapas Kumar to award MBA students with the certificates as a recognition for their social contribution.
