Tapas Kumar, Co-Founder, TechPal conducted a ‘Perspective Building, Self-Assessment & Strategic Goal Setting Workshop’ for B-Tech & MBA students at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University on E3 readiness.
As a joint initiative by TechPal and SRMU, a workshop has been conducted in SRMU campus for the final year students of MBA and B-tech. The workshop was facilitated by Tapas Kumar. Following key topics were discussed & deliberated during the session.

- Strategic goal setting exercise
- Technical vs non-technical IT jobs
The session was highly appreciated by the SRMU management team and students as well and followed with the session, a meeting of TechPal Co-Founder was organized with VC SRMU. SRMU and TechPal both agreed to go ahead with a MoU and work in a more structured and results-oriented way towards improving the skilling and employability prospects of students.
